Keating recognized that CEO's, CMO's and CFO's of companies needed independent results-focused counseling services in the public relations, communications and marketing areas without the requirement of a tactical engagement. In response to this need, Keating Consulting launched in 2003 to provide a new type of strategic communications counseling services that is grounded in advisory rather than tactical services.
